Here are some pictures of our grandfather, John Moss' cattle.

He started breeding Angus in the '50s. We've come a long way since then.

Here is a fine group of registered bred heifers enjoying the forage on our ranch. Heifers that possess superb maternal qualities are what we demand in our females and is what keeps our cow herd on the upper end of quality and performance.

More bred heifers checking out this old homestead.

Moderate-framed cows with adequate milk and balanced EPDs are the mainstay of the Alberda herd.

Native Montana grasses, not creep feeding, make these cattle perform above all expectations.

Another excellent example of the type of eye appealing cows we are looking to produce -- angular, feminine and productive.

The rough terrain of the south hills forces these young bulls to learn how to walk and work for food and water.
